A cross between a beignet and a jelly donut, sufganiyot are pillowy donuts eaten in Israel and around the world during Hanukkah, when foods fried in oil symbolize the miracle of oil that burned for eight days instead of one in the Hanukkah story. Made daily from 12/14/25-1/22/25, but you can special order them for any amount any day with 2 calendar day in advance by 10am. We also can make them vegan, but do require 48 hours notice and is a different link. **Made with Raspberry filling, if you would like a different type of filling, please let us know in the notes.
